Data You Provide
Search Queries
Names, locations, or other search terms typed into a sponsored search box are sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Cotton County Inmate Population does not keep a separate local log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email or submit a contact message, the information in that message is used to respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

Outside Websites
Links may lead to sheriff offices, Oklahoma court portals, ODOC, BOP, ICE, VINELink, legal references, and third-party search tools. Once you leave this site, the destination site's privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may also collect activity across websites through their own systems. Cotton County Inmate Population does not control those partner platforms.
Who May Receive Data
Personal data is not sold as a stand-alone customer list. It may be processed by search partners, analytics services, ad networks, hosting or security providers, and law-enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure.
Security Practices
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect site systems and messages. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed breach-proof, so sensitive official record requests should be made directly to the government office that holds the record.
